Front desk worker, Heather was super friendly & made me feel very welcomed! All around my experience was great. The only complaint I had was not enough towels, or floor matt for the shower.
Nice hotel, but the service sucks! Had problems checking in because we used Groupon, and the hotel staff had no idea how to redeem it. We stayed for 2 nights. Left early Saturday morning and returned that evening to our room still being dirty. We were told they knocked on the door and no one answered so they didn't clean the room. What kind of hotel does that??
This was our first time staying at the Parc England Hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We have stayed in many Alexandria hotels, but this is our new favorite. Our room was very nice. The bathrooms are nicer than most with a large tub and separate shower. The decor throughout the hotel is beautiful and elegant. Breakfast is free and worth staying at the hotel for. It is fruit, biscuits, waffles, yogurt, the usual. However there is a man that comes every morning and cooks omelets to order. He is fabulous. This morning he cooked fried eggs over sautéed green tomatoes. It was excellent. I highly recommend this Alexandria gem.
Staff was friendly...first room heater didnt work..next the tv sound didnt work...probably wont stay again.
